Mr. Fontaine,we met in your office, our neighbors, Byette and Bhereur accompanying my husband Gary Upton and myself asking that you do a bornage for my lot 11F and 12 E along with the property of Mr. Dupuis and yolande Jobin lot 11H.in Franklin for Linda McMillan. You had mentioned at that time M.Dupuis confirmed that he was not ready. Since that time there was a physical agressive attack which sentenced M. Dupuis to jail. Our problem was not resolved it esculated. Please confirm in writing the dates we were at your office and the copy of your communication with M. Dupuis stating that he was not ready for a bornage.
