Nous avons passé le contrat de rénovation de notre cuisine à FIDM en juillet 2021. Les travaux ont débuté en mai 2022 et se sont terminés en janvier 2023. Le chantier a été très long et difficile. Il devait durer environ environ un mois (fin des travaux projeté au 24 juin, puis 15 juillet) mais aucun échéancier n'a été respecté. Nous n'avons pas eu d'accès à la cuisine (et pas d'évier) pendant 4 mois. Le chef de chantier était totalement désorganisé. Il a quitté la compagnie sans se faire remplacer. Le directeur de FIDM n'est jamais venu super place vérifier les travaux et relever les nombreuses erreurs commises. Nous avons appris que 5 autres clients vivaient aussi des délais interminables, sans planification de travaux. Notre expérience a donc été très mauvaise et nous ne la nous souhaitons à personne. We gave the renovation contract for our kitchen to FIDM in July 2021. The work began in May 2022, and ended in January 2023. The renovations took longer than supposed to and the construction site made living conditions quite difficult. The initial deadline was set for June 24, then it was set to July 25, but none of the deadlines were met. In addition, we had no access to the kitchen and no access to our kitchen sink for 4 months. The site manager was totally disorganized. He left the company without being replaced. The director of FIDM never really came to check the work and point out the many errors that were made. We later learned that 5 other clients were also experiencing interminable delays, with no work planned. Our experience was, therefore -very bad, and we do not wish it on anyone.
