En 1992, j'ai eu besoin d'un apartement pas trop dispendieux car mon budget était limité. J'ai découvert ce que l'on appelait, à l'époque, ''Les blocs à Champagne'' A voir les immeubles de l'extérieur, j'étais pas certain. Mais j'ai quand même loué un apartement et j'ai été enchanté par l'apartement lui-même, par l'entretien et le services fournis par Les Entreprises Champagne et j'y ai vécu une très agréable année.
